Apple

Slowly cooked apples with cinnamon and sugar, enveloped in a thin crust that has just enough crunch to pair well with vanilla ice cream. We make the pies with Grade A apples, with a mix of sweet and tart varietals, and the best cinnamon so that we can keep the ingredients simple. If you want an old-fashioned milkshake with a little something special, mix half a pie into the blender with some vanilla ice cream and milk.

More ideas for how to serve our Apple pies:

  • Blend half of the pie into a vanilla milkshake topped with whipped cream and the other half of the pie

  • Top with whipped cream, rum butter sauce and a scoop of vanilla ice cream

  • Top with whipped cream and a caramel drizzle

  • Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream topped with a caramel drizzle

  • Dust with cinnamon and sugar

Peach

Thickly cut deep yellow peaches are cooked with cinnamon and sugar to offset the tart ripeness of this very Southern fruit. We use Grade A peaches and the best cinnamon, so the pies really do taste homemade. Brings to mind lazy summer days at the lake. Blend with vanilla ice cream for a peach milkshake that your loved ones will never forget.

More ideas for how to serve our Peach pies:

  • Blend half of the pie into a vanilla milkshake topped with whipped cream and the other half of the pie

  • Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon

  • Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon

  • Dust with cinnamon and sugar

Lemon

We make this creamy, tart pudding from scratch with lemon juice. The thick pudding is enveloped in a thin, crunchy crust that gives you those toasty, buttery flavors that so wonderfully compliment the sweet/sour pudding. Lemon pies are wonderful when you're longing for summer, and they're a delightful finish to an Italian style dinner (in place of lemon bars).

More ideas for how to serve our Lemon pies:

  • Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream topped with whipped cream and fresh blueberries or blueberry syrup

  • Top with whipped cream and fresh blueberries or drizzled blueberry syrup

  • Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream topped with whipped cream and toasted coconut flakes

  • Top with whipped cream and toasted coconut flakes

Coconut

Our coconut pies are packed with coconut meat and have a hint of vanilla. A classic Southern pie with a custard-like texture, these pair well with coffee for an afternoon treat. For lunch and dinner, they're a wonderful finish to a plate of bbq. You can also top 'em with vanilla ice cream or blend them into a milkshake for a more traditional treat. For a next-level shake, blend half a pie with a little frozen banana, some milk and vanilla ice cream, and then top with a cherry.

More ideas for how to serve our Coconut pies:

  • Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream topped with whipped cream and fresh fruit, like raspberries or strawberries (Great Valentine’s Day Dessert)

  • Drizzle with raspberry or strawberry syrup on top of whipped cream or alongside with vanilla ice cream (Great Valentine’s Day Dessert)

  • Drizzle with chocolate syrup topped with whipped cream and fresh strawberries (Great Valentine’s Dessert)

Chocolate

We make this dark chocolate pudding from scratch so it's not too milky sweet. We slowly cook down dark chocolate squares and then add a little vanilla to give this thick, creamy pudding a little something special. They pair well with coffee and vanilla ice cream. It's also fun to enjoy half of a chocolate pie and half of a coconut pie together.

More on how to serve our Chocolate pies:

  • Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream topped with whipped cream and fresh strawberries or a cherry on top (Great Valentine’s Day Dessert)

  • Pairs well with coffee and coffee stout beers

  • Top with pinch of sea salt flakes (like Maldon)

Blackberry

A berry-delicious pie that tastes like something you’d make after a hot day spent pickin’ in your favorite patch. These pies are packed full of fruit that pops with bright flavors and pairs perfectly with vanilla ice cream.

More ideas for how to serve our Blackberry pies:

  • Blend half of the pie into a vanilla milkshake topped with whipped cream and the other half of the pie
